Join economic development professionals, experts from the technology sector, university system, and the business community, as well as appointed and elected public policy makers, for a conference focused on continuing to make Nevada a world leader in entrepreneurial opportunity and success. As stated by conference host Lt. Governor Lorraine Hunt, “A slow economy is the perfect time to gather together to network, share ideas, and learn new information to better help us prepare Nevada for challenges both today and in the future.”

Keynote Luncheon Speaker Angelos Angelou of AngelouEconomics will address current technology trends nationwide and report his research on Nevada’s state of preparedness. Mr. Angelou is one of the key architects in establishing Austin, Texas, as the Silicon Valley of the Southwest. AngelouEconomics has provided site selection services and location data for some of the largest companies in the world, including Dell Computer, Intel, Compaq, Applied Materials, Oracle, and Sulzer Medica.
